Forum Search Tips Close
Basics
- Search syntax is similar to Google searches.
- Words shorter than 4 characters are ignored.
- Searches are NOT case-sensitive.
- Automatic 'and' queries: The search will only return pages that include all of your search terms.
- Only the body of the post is searched by default. Use the Advanced search to also search by subject.
- Word variation/stemming is currently not supported. For example, if you search for acting or acted, the search will not return results for act.
Phrase Searches
Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your search terms. E.g. "cool video games"
Negative Terms
If your search term has more than one meaning (bass, for example, could refer to fishing or music) you can focus your search by putting a minus sign ("-") in front of words related to the meaning you want to avoid. For example, here's how you'd find pages about bass-heavy lakes, but not bass-heavy music: bass -music

Wow when it said their would be a montage I never expected a video! Having the pictures zoom in and out rather then be static really gives it a nice effect! I'm so happy my photo was included too :)

I'm guessing some of our Anime Face pictures are under consideration to win a prize for the Best overall AF picture (which is why they weren't included in the video), like the Goku Hair and Survey winners that were announced last Wednesday. Not that anyone can beat Sojiro1186's AF picture, but I hope there are 2 winners for it, much like Goku Hair did. :)

Thanks for the praise. There are tons of cool and original Anime Faces out there. Although, there seems to be a fine line between Anime Face and lame 'Myspace' pose in a few of them. I don't care too much about winning a prize, but I am a little disappointed that I didn't make the montage. Oh well, at least it was a fun activity!
